By accessing, browsing, or using the BoxCraft website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses our services. By placing an order or creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

BoxCraft provides custom packaging design, manufacturing, and fulfillment services. Our offerings include rigid boxes, folding cartons, corrugated boxes, inserts and trays, and other custom packaging solutions. We work with businesses of all sizes to create packaging that reflects their brand identity and meets their functional requirements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of our services without liability. Product images, descriptions, and specifications on our website are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the final manufactured product due to the nature of custom manufacturing.

All orders are subject to acceptance by BoxCraft. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Prices for our products and services are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Custom packaging quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the specifications provided at the time of the quote, and changes to materials, dimensions, quantities, or design may affect the final price. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout or included in your custom quote.

You retain all ownership rights to any artwork, logos, trademarks, and design files you provide to BoxCraft for your packaging orders. By submitting these materials, you grant BoxCraft a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and, with your permission, for showcasing the completed project in our portfolio.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and licenses to use all materials you submit, and that your materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. BoxCraft is not responsible for verifying the ownership or legality of submitted designs and shall not be held liable for any claims arising from your submitted materials.

All content on the BoxCraft website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BoxCraft or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the order, material availability, and current production capacity. Standard production times range from 10 to 15 business days after design approval, though custom and large-volume orders may require additional time. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as they are identified.

Shipping timelines are estimates and depend on the carrier and destination. BoxCraft is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

BoxCraft is committed to delivering high-quality products that meet the specifications agreed upon during the ordering process. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from the approved specifications, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for items that have been manufactured to your specifications and approved design. Minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions that fall within standard manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects. We recommend ordering samples before placing large production runs to ensure satisfaction with materials and finishes.

Payment terms vary based on the type and size of the order. Standard orders require full payment at the time of order placement. Custom and large-volume orders may require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due before shipment. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved purchase orders from qualified business accounts.

Late payments are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. BoxCraft reserves the right to suspend production or withhold delivery for accounts with overdue balances. All fees and charges are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BoxCraft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or these terms.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to BoxCraft for the specific order giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if BoxCraft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoxCraft, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these terms, your submitted materials, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to our services must be commenced within one year after the cause of action accrues. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

BoxCraft reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
